Toby acts for a variety of commercial clients within our commercial team. In particular, he carries out work on all aspects of residential and commercial purchases and sales, development land purchases, site assembly, preparation of Deeds of Conditions, and options and licence agreements. Toby achieved his Paralegal (LSSAP) qualification with merit in 2017.
