Emma is a Partner in our Litigation team. Emma is an experienced litigator and qualified solicitor-advocate, with extended rights of audience in the Court of Session (the highest civil court based in Scotland). Emma is adept in representing clients in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Courts, and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution options, such as mediation and expert determination. Emma manages a broad and varied commercial litigation practice, which encompasses a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters. Her specialist areas include insolvency, corporate restructuring, commercial dispute resolution, debt recovery, regulatory law and property disputes. She takes a proactive and commercial approach to disputes and, where appropriate, actively seeks to resolve matters before they reach litigation. Emma splits her time between Ennova’s Edinburgh Office and Dundee Office.
