Rosie is a Partner in our dispute resolution team and has been with the firm for more than a decade. Rosie has a varied caseload. Her background is in family law, including financial and child related matters on separation and divorce, and the drafting of pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. Family law continues to be a focus of Rosie’s practice, but she also advises on a range of commercial and property disputes, employment law and executry disputes. She regularly appears in the Sheriff Courts across Scotland on behalf of her clients and instructs Counsel in the Court of Session.
